Guide guests
through our cellar with genuine passion, offering insightful recommendations that enhance their casual yet refined dining experience.
Anticipate pairing needs
for a diverse menu, from traditional Alentejo dishes to JNcQUOI classics and innovative small plates.
Maintain an impeccably organized wine display
and ensure seamless, unpretentious wine service that reflects the relaxed luxury of Comporta.
Represent the JNcQUOI brand
with a friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting demeanor, making every guest feel at home.
You Bring
Proven experience
as a Sommelier or in a highly knowledgeable wine service role, ideally within a relaxed fine-dining or premium casual setting.
A deep appreciation for
Portuguese wines
, especially those from the Alentejo and Setúbal regions, coupled with strong general wine knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills
(English required; Portuguese or other languages a plus), allowing you to connect with guests effortlessly.
