About The Job
Within the Banking Operations Department, we assist our clients in completing transactions executed in global markets and provide custody-related services for assets deposited with us. We operate across all asset classes – equities, bonds, mutual funds, investment funds, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives, and cash – offering access to nearly 100 markets worldwide. By mastering local regulatory, tax, and legal environments, we help clients navigate the complexities of the global capital markets.
Your Main Activities Are
- Follow-up on operations
- Contact a portfolio of clients via email or phone
- Insert data and clients' instructions
- Control risks and procedures
- Analyze and report information to clients based on their questions and queries
Profile And Skills To Success
- Academic Degree or 12th grade
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Economics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
