Manage manufacturing excellence initiatives Your role will be to: Create and manage program plans, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery with maximum outcomes Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice programs, policies, and processes to improve operational performance Support the creation of project identification and planning documentation for various workstreams Manage stakeholder relationships and follow up on various workstreams within the manufacturing excellence program Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions Track progress and generate reports for relevant stakeholders Manage internal documentation of the projects You will collaborate with various functions and stakeholders at NKT manufacturing sites and key members of the COO function.
This position can be based at any of our European sites, with flexibility to travel as required by the business.
Experienced project manager with a structured approach We are looking for a person who is an effective, clear, and structured communicator and organizer across all levels of seniority.
You are results-driven and maintain a consistent level of performance.
You are adept at navigating changing and evolving environments and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
You are collaborative and open to new experiences and cultures, and you value feedback.
