The Role
This is a unique hybrid role combining operations, product ownership, customer success, marketing, and executive support.

What You'll Do
Operations– Support with important day-to-day processes, including customer support, marketing, financial processes, and internal reporting.
Help keep the business running smoothly.
Product Ownership– support the development and management of our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback, and help shape product improvements
Customer Success & Sales– liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
Executive Support– assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.
Who You Are
Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese, with excellent communication.
