We are looking for Business Analyst fluent in French & English!
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Coordination and investment capacities.
* Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
* Ability to synthesize.
* Be committed, demanding and pedagogical.
* Have a sense of service.
* Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function).
* Be sensitive to the management of information systems security.
* Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator).
* Be autonomous in the organization and planning of one's activity.
* Fluency in French, both oral and written, in order to be able to build an argument and hold meetings.
* Ability to coordinate multiple actors to solve a complex problem or find a solution to a problem.
* Analytical capacity.
* Have a culture of quality and rigor.
* Have knowledge of Active Directory. Plus
* Management of shared directories, notions of law. Plus
* Knowledge of the AGILE method. Plus
* Good level of english.
