About The Role
As a
Senior People Partner
, you'll be the strategic backbone supporting our leaders and teams across multiple markets. You'll act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational design, performance, and engagement. You'll also drive cross-functional People initiatives that strengthen iCliGo's culture and help us grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
* Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with company objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to enable scalability and growth.
Performance & Development
* Guide and coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and talent development.
* Co-lead the internal talent assessment and promotion framework (iCliGo Career Dialogues).
* Collaborate on development plans and growth paths tailored to each function.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Handle complex people matters with empathy, discretion, and legal compliance.
* Proactively identify engagement challenges and co-create solutions with teams.
* Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, recognition, and strong internal communication.
Policy & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with Portuguese and Spanish labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
* Support policy updates, process documentation, and audits in collaboration with People Operations.
Culture & Change
* Partner with leadership to embed iCliGo's values into daily work and decision-making.
* Support organizational change initiatives with effective communication and team alignment.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role, ideally in fast-growing, multicultural environments.
* Deep understanding of Portuguese labor law (Spanish law knowledge is a strong plus).
* Proven track record in coaching managers, handling employee relations, and leading change management.
* Strong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting people data and translating insights into action.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with empathy, resilience, and a bias for collaboration.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage).
