We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.
* Average performers earn around €35k in their first year (base + commission) and high performers exceed this

Who Are You?
* You have 1 - 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Trainee Sales Representative, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
* You're ready to relocate to Malta and start an exciting international career.
* You love interacting with people and building relationships over the phone.
* You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship, ready to embrace this new adventure.
