Emagine is currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join a long-term assignment, supporting international application rollouts and technology-driven initiatives. This is a strategic opportunity to work in a multinational environment, coordinating complex projects, engaging with global stakeholders, and driving successful delivery across a diversified IT landscape.
The selected professional will collaborate closely with business units, process owners, IT leadership, enterprise architects, and external suppliers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful delivery of project milestones, as defined by each individual project and its stakeholders.
- Apply agile principles and practices to project delivery, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Identify, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across Business, Process, IT leadership, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Consult and collaborate in IT projects while managing the international rollout of applications aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project outputs.
- Guide projects through the appropriate gating and governance processes as they transition between phases.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including steering committee reporting and alignment.
- Maintain and escalate project risks and issues when required.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring transparent and effective tracking.
You bring:
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience leading IT projects, ideally within international environments.
- Strong IT background to effectively manage and drive technology-oriented initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience guiding service or delivery teams across multiple projects or programs.
- Solid understanding of governance models and project implementation approaches.
- Market-driven mindset with the ability to adapt strategies as new information emerges.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement at senior levels.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- French is an advantage.
