To strengthen our Sales Office in Porto, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support customers in Portugal and Spain.
You will join a dedicated and customer-oriented team of 5 professionals, providing experienced guidance in alloy selection, fast response to quotations, order follow-up and high-quality after-sales service.
As part of an international industrial group headquartered in Switzerland, you will work in a challenging environment with a global focus and close cross-border collaboration.Your Responsibilities: Prepare and follow up customer quotations for semi-finished products and finished parts Provide technical sales support in collaboration with our engineering and sales teams Receive, verify and enter customer orders in our ERP system Issue order confirmations and communicate delivery timelines Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Coordinate customer requests, product changes and sample shipments Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a structured and solution-oriented way Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer master dataYour Profile Commercial education or experience in inside sales or sales/customer support Experience in the metal industry or a technical background would be an advantage;
an interest in or affinity for engineering products is highly valued Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
