Responsibilities:
* Plan and oversee changes, managing the process from request submission to task completion.
* Ensure all necessary information (e.g., scope, test cases) is available for prioritization and planning.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement sessions.
* Manage engineering development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
* Drive sprint execution through close collaboration among globally scattered teams.
* Guide the team in time estimation practices and facilitate team estimates.
* Oversee team iteration execution, safeguarding against uncontrolled work injections (evaluating changes intentionally).
* Handle project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high operational performance.
* Collaborate with leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
* Conduct post-mortem and root cause analyses to foster continuous improvement and maximize productivity.
* Implement and support principles, rules, and processes.
* Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to facilitate workflow.
* Maintain team data in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution.
* Present quality project updates to senior management.
* Lead Scrum team efforts in relentless improvement, defining and implementing stories to increase velocity and quality.
* Support product owners regarding intra-team priorities and scope management.
* Manage additional special projects as assigned.
Key Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Information Technology.
* 2-4 years of experience in technology projects (Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Transportation).
* Demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
* Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
* Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown, velocity, user stories) for sprint improvement.
* Experience as an agile coach is a plus.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to anticipate team needs.
* Experience working with architecture teams to size stories and epics.
* Passionate about delivering features on time.
* Ability to represent both business and technical perspectives.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
