The RoleAs aQA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring cGMP compliance, maintaining audit readiness, and continuously strengthening our Quality Management System.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on quality support.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsurecGMP complianceacross all project- and product-related activities
Implement and support policies and procedures to continuously improveproduct and operational quality
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of theQuality Management System (QMS)
Collaborate closely withOperations(Production, Logistics, and Warehouse)teams to ensure compliance
Maintain a regular presence on themanufacturing floor, providing real-time QA oversight and support
Identify, document, and escalatedeviations and non-conformities
Supportinvestigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
Maintainaudit readinessand compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Prepare for and supportinternal and external audits, including review and approval of QMS documentation
Investigatecustomer complaintsand support KPI tracking and quality reporting
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
Promote a strongquality culture, continuous improvement, and high standards across the organization
Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree inPharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
Previous experience inQuality Assurancewithin aGMP-regulated environment(preferably pharmaceutical or medical cannabis)
Operational experience in aGMP environment(desirable)
GMP trainingand solid regulatory knowledge (desirable)
Good knowledge ofGMP principlesandEuropean regulatory requirements
High sense of responsibility,attention to detail, and strong quality mindset
Strongcommunication skillsand ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Proficiency inMS Office
Strongdocumentation and record management skills
