International Procurement Specialist - Senior Category Manager

As an International Procurement Specialist - Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of sourcing strategies for identified categories at international and/or regional levels.
Responsibilities:
* Perform category management including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract, performance and risk management
* Lead the execution of sourcing strategies for identified categories at international and/or regional level to reduce the cost to serve
* Analyze trends in and outside the company with robust screening of supply markets and continuous market intelligence for identifying innovative opportunities
* Perform procurement reporting and data analysis to propose and execute cost/service improvement opportunities
* Manage relationship and proactively work with relevant stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing needs to support on the development of annual strategies and plans to achieve category goals
Requirements:
* Relevant work experience in international Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management in an international environment
* Ability to work independently, lead and report on a strategic sourcing program in an international environment
* Ability to analyze and interpret spend and cost data, research market trends and manage supporting contract development activities
* Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
* Robust change management skills
