The organisation delivers large-scale data centre developments across Europe, providing services fromdesign through construction and commissioningacross civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. With several live projects currently under construction across multiple European locations, the company continues to expand and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team.Role Overview The Electrical Package Manager will be responsible for themanagement and delivery of the electrical packageon a large-scale data centre project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Manage theelectrical systems packageon a large data centre project. Overseesite health, safety and environmental compliancein collaboration with the Project Manager and safety team, including management of project safety documentation. Promote and maintain a strongQuality, Health, Safety and Environmental cultureacross the project team. Coordinate and manage theproject programmein line with client and consultant requirements. Manage allcommercial aspectsassociated with the electrical package including: Direct electrical delivery teams Subcontractors Materials procurement and deliveries Plant and equipment Variations and valuations Managedaily site operationsfor the electrical package. Ensure companypolicies, procedures and standardsare adhered to. Overseesubcontractor performance, monitoring progress against programme and manpower levels. Manage theproject snagging and quality tracking system, ensuring issues are recorded, distributed and closed out. Coordinate labour reporting fordirect workforce and subcontractors. Attend and contribute tosite meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings and project handover sessions. Produceweekly cost and progress reports, including: Orders placed Materials expected Labour resources Progress against work breakdown structure Risk items impacting delivery Produceclient-facing progress updateshighlighting delays, design constraints or third-party issues. Coordinatematerial deliveriesto align with the project programme and track deliveries. Maintain aproject photographic progress record. Undertake other duties associated with the successful delivery of the electrical package.Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification inElectrical Engineering or related discipline. Previous experience inproject or package managementwithin large construction projects. Proven track record deliveringlarge-scale electrical installations. Experience managingindustrial relations and subcontractor coordination. Strong knowledge ofhealth and safety practices within construction environments. Experience working ondesign & build projects. Solid technical understanding ofelectrical systems, with appreciation of mechanical interfaces. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
