What we're looking for
We are looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department, with an interest in digital communication, social media, and e-commerce management. This role involves operational support in e-commerce and digital marketing activities and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ease in using digital tools. We value curious and proactive profiles with a strong willingness to learn, critical thinking, and good teamwork skills, who want to contribute to the development of a fast-growing global brand.
Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Operations
* Update products (descriptions, images, attributes, classifications).
* Create and adjust product-related pages and content.
* Ensure visual and textual consistency across the online store.
* Monitor the order flow (no direct customer support).
2. Social Media – Execution and Strategy Support
* Support the creation of the social media editorial plan.
* Create copy drafts and content proposals based on the defined editorial guidelines.
* Prepare and edit images and short videos (when necessary).
* Schedule posts across different platforms.
* Monitor comments and messages, responding to simple interactions and forwarding to Customer Support when needed.
* Collect benchmarks and insights to support the social media strategy.
3. Digital Marketing – Operational Support
* Create and prepare newsletters, update content, and schedule campaigns.
* Support the creation of simple landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.
* Collect metrics and prepare weekly reports (e-commerce, social media, newsletters).
* Support the production of digital content for seasonal campaigns.
* May also support other Marketing Department tasks, including internal event organization, coordination of communication materials, support in photo/video sessions, and assistance with employer branding initiatives.
4. Content Organization and Management
* Organize and update the brand's image and video library.
* Rename, categorize, and structure files for marketing and e-commerce use.
* Create short video cuts and moodboards to support campaigns.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
* Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
* Good written English skills (mandatory).
* Basic knowledge of design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
* Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
