Office Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Faro, Portugal on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
* Managing the daily operations of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
* Assisting with human resources duties such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
* Preparing and distributing memos, letters, and other office documents.
* Organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes when needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
* Familiarity with basic HR processes such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
