- Proactively identify new business opportunities in different market segments;
- Manage, organizeand expand a team of BDs and SDRs;
- Report and work directly with the C-level management;
**Qualifications**Experience and a very solid understanding of technology B2B sales- Experience in managing and growing BD and Sales teams;
- **Experience in high-ticket B2B technology sales;
**Sound experiencein using organizational tools, KPI setting and reporting;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good soft skillsand motivated to continuously improve them;
- Interest in entrepreneurship & previous work experience with startups is a plus;
