Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in Polish for inquiries related to retail products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
Provide detailed information regarding products, promotions, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with product offerings and retail trends to better serve our customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail sector.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
Familiarity with customer service software or retail systems is beneficial.
