Responsibilities
* Lead user research with internal operations teams and external client users
* Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to simplify interactions
* Create high-fidelity prototypes and UX flows that engineering teams can implement
* Design interfaces that combine human decision-making with automated agent behaviors
* Build clear, predictable interactions for complex tasks such as approvals, risk checks, contract processes and data reviews
* Shape unified patterns for how the platform presents insights, context and next steps
* Partner closely with product managers and engineers to iterate quickly
* Advocate for lightweight, intuitive design that replaces traditional corporate UI complexity

* Interfaces where automated agents support or complete parts of the workflow
* Complex, multi-step procurement processes with relationship-heavy data
* Visualization of document-entity relationships and structured insights
* Retrieval surfaces that combine structured and unstructured information

Requirements
* Experience designing for complex B2B, B2C software or platforms
* Strong user research and workflow mapping skills
* High-fidelity prototyping using modern design tools
* Ability to articulate design reasoning with clarity and structure
* Comfort working in an environment where requirements evolve rapidly
* A habit of stripping away unnecessary complexity to reveal clean, functional UX
