About the Role
As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing business scale. Your primary focus will be shaping delivery strategy for your areas of responsibility and directly contributing to company strategy as a whole.
The role's objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth. You will work closely with Intellias leadership team on shaping delivery strategy and supervise a large engineering organization, managing performance, finance, and contribution to sales, presales, and account growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead Delivery Organization
o Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
o Develop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve efficiency and quality of services.
o Explore and adopt new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams.
* Be a Trustful Partner for Key Clients and Support Business Development
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and help develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
o BUILD strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success.
o Involved in top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective segment strategies.
* Keep Intellias on the Edge of Technology Innovation
o Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and services.
o Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligning with company's business goals and objectives.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry.
Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees).
2. Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievements.
3. Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management.
4. Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices, and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantage.
5. In-depth understanding of Digital business as well as its IT landscape and trends.
6. Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence.
