Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to join our team as a 1st Line Triage Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security alerts from various sources within the IT infrastructure. You'll also triage initial security incidents, categorize and prioritize based on severity, and escalate to higher-level teams as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources

* Document all incident findings in clear and comprehensive reports
* Support the continuous improvement of the incident response process by providing feedback on alert handling and response procedures
* Collaborate closely with other SOC team members to enhance overall security posture
Requirements:
- A strong foundation in information security concepts and incident response protocols
- Familiarity with security platforms and tools used for monitoring and analysis
- The ability to quickly assess and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good communication skills, capable of documenting and explaining technical details clearly
- A proactive attitude and readiness to take initiative in handling security incidents
