Your responsibilities as a Customer Experience Specialist will include:
1. Acting as the primary contact for customers, advising, selling, troubleshooting, and setting up new products.
2. Responding to and resolving customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
3. Troubleshooting technical issues.
4. Assisting with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.
5. Ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Skills, qualifications, and attributes needed:
* Professional and friendly demeanor with empathy and multitasking ability.
* Native Czech speaker with advanced business English skills.
* Strong customer focus and willingness to help.
* Reliability, adaptability, quick learning, and problem-solving skills.
* IT knowledge, especially familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS (preferred).
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
* Team player, comfortable in multicultural settings.
