Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the service order process
* Create and supervise customer warranty claims
* Oversee the Product Improvement Program
* Record the working hours of the technical team
* Calibrate, organize, and control crane maintenance tools
* Provide support to the customer service department
* Provide documentation support to the EHS department
Required Profile:
* Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (high school diploma);
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and administrative roles;
* Knowledge of lifting equipment and machinery;
* Good command of the English language (mandatory);
* Good command of French and/or Spanish (preferred);
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
* Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
* Enjoy working in a team;
* Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining effectiveness in decision‑making and delivering results.
