Tasks
Chat with clients to understand their cycling vacation needs and preferences.
Design and customize cycling tours and travel itineraries in the Algarve region.
Coordinate tour & bike rental bookings (online & in-shop)
Communicate smoothly with clients and partners
Lead welcome meetings & share key information with guests
Deliver professional, friendly, solution-oriented service throughout their stay
Coordinate with local hotels, transport agencies, and guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Requirements
Friendly, open personality and true team spirit
Quick learner with solution-oriented thinking
Confident with tools like Google Sheets and Gmail
Language skills are a plus (English, Dutch or German especially)
Flexibility: rotating Saturday shifts (with Monday off in return)
Customer service mindset: welcome meetings, guest support & sales assistance
