And we need talent like you to bring our vision to every food factory on earth.The challengeWith the growth of our product and tech team, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience.This is a high‐impact role where you'll take ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. You'll help us move from functional to exceptional – transforming complex industrial workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces that are loved by users.You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure design is embedded into every step of our process, and you'll help shape how we scale design in the years ahead.What you'll be doingLead end‐to‐end design initiatives, from discovery to deliveryDesign and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity mockups using FigmaCreate and maintain design systems and component librariesConduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisionsTranslate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiencesCollaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high‐quality implementationMentor junior designers and help establish design best practicesAdvocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisionsWhat we're looking forYou're a systems thinker, a proactive collaborator, and someone who balances craft with pragmatism.
