Service Delivery Management Officer
for this project
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage end-to-end service quality for Network Products, ensuring availability and performance targets are met
* Oversee incident, problem and change processes, including root cause analysis and escalation management
* Define, document and maintain operating models, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with global standards
* Coordinate with internal teams, entities and third-party vendors to deliver, evolve and continuously improve services
What are we looking for?
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management
* Service ownership mindset with a focus on Quality of Service (QoS) and continuous improvement
* Experience working with ServiceNow for service management, reporting and governance
