How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Responsible for completing the payroll run and all subsequent activities that includes payroll results validation, salary disbursement, payroll posting to Finance as well as statutory submission as per the agreed service levels ensuring compliance with statutory legislation & governance. This position is open for 3 locations: Tomar, Guarda and Algés. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor payroll data ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per local country requirements and regulations. Perform payroll run per local country requirements and regulations. Conduct start‐of‐year and end‐of‐year payroll administration activities working with 3rd party. Manage and maintain company payroll processes. Respond to and process requests for changes to payroll data. Monitor payroll input data quality (e.g., rewards, performance, time and attendance) and process payroll impacts. Administer disbursements, perform statutory collections, filing and reporting. Support audits and regulatory requests for payroll data. Administer the employee compensation: bonus calculation, annual pay review, etc. Implement changes in response to legislation changes that impact payroll and time administration activities. Work with 3rd party providers to investigate payroll queries. Are you a MATCH?Degree in Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences or an administrative equivalent discipline. Experience as an HR administrative assistant (recommended and in shared services environment considered a plus). Strong organizational and time‐management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills (collaborative and team oriented). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including managers, executives, business partners and subject matter experts from various countries, cultures and business levels. Ability to ask the relevant questions to understand and clarify issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve. Ownership and capability of working independently, taking initiative, and following up on assigned projects. Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints. IT savvy and resourceful on leveraging various tools (knowledge management, document management, HR systems) to obtain required information to resolve queries and issues.
