Our client is a multinational company based in Maia leader in the production and supply of medical and industrial gases.
As the leader of our In-House Sales (IHS) team, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth across packaged gases, equipment, and bulk products. You'll coach and develop account managers, execute sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business targets are met.
* Lead and coach the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and customer growth.
* Implement and optimize sales processes using Connect CRM and the Linde Pro Sales methodology.
* Collaborate with Field Sales and other departments to share best practices and align strategies.
* Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure ethical sales practices.
* Act as a role model for safety, quality, and compliance across all activities.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in gases, chemicals, or manufacturing.
* Proven leadership and coaching experience in Inside Sales or similar roles.
* Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and performance-driven mindset.
* Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM platforms.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
