Are you a Clinical Operations Manager looking for your next move?
As a Clinical Operations Manager you oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials. You also ensure studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Manage clinical studies from start-up through close-out.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical monitoring, data management, regulatory, and safety.
Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
Track study timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with CROs, vendors, and investigational sites.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure timely study delivery.
Your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
10+ years of experience in clinical research or clinical operations.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and GCP.
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluent in English
