Be our NEXT Salesforce Business Analyst !
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field;
* 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
* Solid knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer service.
* Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder.
* Ability to create reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
* Understanding of data management principles and Salesforce security models.
* Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories.
* Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components.
* Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts (experience with training management solutions is a plus).
* Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader.
* Structured and autonomous working style within Agile environments.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (mandatory).
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
