Role Overview
We are seeking a customer service delivery expert to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams to contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service via various communication channels.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Resolve or escalate customer complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years in customer success or customer experience roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Native or fluent English level (C1 minimum).
* Experience with MS Office and CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
* Empathetic and able to build rapport easily with customers and colleagues.
