Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end project lifecycles for both new client implementations and ongoing initiatives on our in-house Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
* Serve as the primary liaison for new B2B clients and customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels, conducting regular status meetings, presentations, and demos to keep stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities include Client & Stakeholder Management: Client Expectation Management; Scope, Timelines, Resource Allocation. Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans including timelines, milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility timely delivery collaborate product teams align client requirements product roadmap partner sales teams during pre-sales activities proposal development coordinate business teams commercial aspects contract management facilitate communication remove blockers all teams maintain comprehensive project documentation requirements specifications change logs provide regular status reports internal leadership client stakeholders track report key project metrics progress budget quality risks document lessons learned contribute continuous process improvement maintain artifacts relevant tools systems agile scrum practices facilitate ceremonies sprint planning daily standups retrospectives sprint reviews manage backlogs prioritize user stories track velocity capacity support realistic planning coach team agile best practices continuous improvement.
