Key Responsibilities
* Support Operations in the Export Control Compliance Project for Operations (ECCO), focusing on tangibles classification.
* Ensure smooth handover of Hypercare activities to an external provider in 2025 and support transition into run mode.
* Support tangibles classification activities within Operations.
* Monitor and update progress on actions and KPIs.
* Manage knowledge capture and prepare communication and guidelines for classification.
* Coordinate stakeholder exchanges and escalate issues when necessary.
* Participate in defining and improving run mode activities.
Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Business or Law, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in EC compliance or similar fields.
* Knowledge of Export Control Laws and Regulations (Dual-Use/Military) is a plus.
* Experience in Project Management and Change Management preferred.
* Behavioral skills: autonomous, excellent stakeholder management, multitasking ability.
* Knowledge of production or manufacturing engineering is advantageous.
* Languages: Advanced English; Negotiation-level French is a plus.
