Job Title: Junior Controller FP&A Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Controller to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a key member of our Controlling team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize business performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A). You will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
* Mainly responsible for MDG master data system for Europe Controlling team (focus on system functionalities, approval flow, support of Business partner)
* Approval flows for other systems such as IBM Planning Tool, CO
* Support in adjusting & improving monthly & annual cycles in SAP
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial reports, forecasts, and models. This includes:
* Supporting in monthly inventory analysis & reporting
* Supporting in monthly CapEx reporting (e.g create report & dashboards)
* Responsible for creation of monthly reporting decks
* Quarterly Yellow Flag Reporting
In addition, you will provide exceptional support to our business partners by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on financial matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
* Preferably, you have already gained work experience in above mentioned areas
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
* Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems will also be considered
* Structured way of working & good time management
* Fluent English skills
