- As a Customer Support Agent, your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support;
- You will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services;
- You will engage with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence;
- Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and / or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to :
- Identify account holder;
- Verify account information;
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
- The support will be handled both in French and English and in the support language.
- Fluency in both French and English C1, spoken and written;
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory);
- Teamwork / Interpersonal skills;
- Experience working in a very fast-paced environment with strong multitasking;
- High attention to detail;
- Background inproviding customer support from various industries including retail, banking, or any other type of customer service;
- A strong problem solver with an interest in resolving customer issues;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently;
- Excellent writing, email, phone, and organization skills;
- Strong verbalcommunication and computer skills;
- Base salary of 900€ / month;
- Complexity bonus of 50€ / month;
- Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day;
- Transport of 50€ / month;
- Health insurance;
- Welcome bonusof 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels;
- Monday to Sunday – 24 / 7 (rotative shifts including night shifts);
- Days off - 2 rotative days;
