About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the Product Operations charter to bring clarity, accountability, and rhythm to our product organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Enablement: Develop and standardize operating cadences, feedback loops, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
* Data Insight & Enablement: Establish a robust data foundation, design and implement KPIs, and leverage dashboards to drive insight and inform decisions at all levels.
* Process Leadership: Lead the design and rollout of product processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with PM and delivery teams.
* Innovation & Piloting: Pilot new frameworks and tools, such as product board usage models and beta/early adopter programs, to accelerate innovation and adoption.
What You'll Achieve
* Become the driving force behind scaling a data-driven product operations function from scratch.
* Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and reporting cadences that drive accountability and transparency.
