## YOUR ROLE* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure consistent ways of working* Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization* Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery* Track team progress and promote continuous improvement* Monitor and report progress through advanced metrics and data analytics* Ensure effective and empathetic communication to maintain trust and high performance.
## YOUR PROFILE* Ability to support team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience managing product backlogs and delivery planning.
* Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC).
* Capability to support teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)* Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and TDD.
* Familiarity with software engineering terminology, processes, and workflows.
* Ability to track and interpret delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
* Strong skills in data analytics, metrics tracking, and reporting.
