With over 40 countries already adopting our solutions, we are expanding our team to explore new markets. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving business growth in areas like drone cleaning, glass cleaning, and industrial applications.
This position requires proactively generating leads and converting them into sales, focusing on our industrial product line, glass solutions, and newly developed drone product line.
* Analyse specific business partners within assigned areas and markets, generate quality leads, and close deals.
* Develop customer potential by identifying key/unmet needs and translate them into innovation opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and business.
* Establish a distribution network with a focus in Europe and North America.
* Provide training to new distributors and clients and daily support.
* Ensure efficient information exchange between internal teams and external partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduate or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other.
* Biz dev & customer-oriented, with minimum 2-4 years' experience in sales.
* Experience in creating and developing a distributor network.
* Strong communication capabilities, fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish or French is a plus).
* Presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, proactive, and resilient.
* Up-to-date computer skills.
