We are looking for a Cyber Program CIB Control Officer
- Assist cybersecurity strategy definition: assist in defining, developing, and implementing a security trajectory aligned with CIB and territory objectives.
- Adapt CIB project and program plans to territory specificities, understanding and appropriating territory context.
- Assist committees' preparation and animation with various stakeholders at different management levels. Report and support territory program activities. Communicate on projects with relevant stakeholders (internal, external).
- Document projects: plans, reports, risk analyses, and security procedures.
- Assist project resource management: assist in budget (budget, FTE) formalization and monitoring.
- Lead cybersecurity maturity assessment for the territory.
- Assess territory security risk against BNP-defined cybersecurity framework.
- Collect and challenge maturity evidence.
- Participate in project scoping to reach maturity targets.
Technical skills:
- Proficient in regulatory standards with the ability to develop and adapt internal policies accordingly.
- Solid understanding of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Capable of evaluating, challenging, and approving new activities and project initiatives.
- Good grasp of IT landscapes, core processes, and key assets and solutions.
- Ability to accurately interpret and support business needs through IT initiatives.
- In-depth expertise in ISO 27001 requirements and implementation.
