LocationOvar, Portugal Job DescriptionBased in Ovar, you will provide Health & Safety and administrative support to the Portuguese Sales Affiliate Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on Health & Safety matters and provide all necessary H&S documentation, including the project-specific safety plans Assure that all executed activities and processes follow QHSE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation Issue Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, Invoices and similar documents via the ERP (SAP/InforLN) Liaise with Clients to assess availability to receive materials and schedule assemblies Request transports to Logistics Subcontract assembly teams Follow-up the projects' execution to assure Production, Logistics and Assembly lead times Other general administrative tasks QualificationsLevel 6 certification in Health and Safety Previous experience in similar tasks Knowledge of MS Office tools, namely Outlook, Excel and Teams, and ERPs (SAP and/or InforLN is a plus) English language skills, both written and verbal Organized, proactive team-player, with excellent communication skills Resident in Ovar or near Additional InformationAn attractive salary and benefits package in an international environment.
