ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Trainee to join our HR team.
This position has been created to support and strengthen our HR Operations under the guidance of the Global Workforce & HR Process Manager.
If you have an interest in transactional HR processes and are eager to learn more about payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in Payroll and HR.
You will work closely with experienced team members, supporting day-to-day operations while developing your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will provide support for the following activities:
Global Payroll Support:Assisting in the collection and validation of monthly payroll inputs, supporting accurate data entry across systems, and learning the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and correct salary payments.
HR Administration Support:Supporting administrative HR activities such as employee transfers, salary updates, promotions, and other personnel changes, under supervision.
Benefits Administration Assistance:Assisting with employee benefit enrollments, maintaining benefits data, supporting billing checks, and learning how benefits processes operate efficiently.
Occupational Health Support:Helping manage health insurance enrollments, scheduling medical examinations, and supporting workplace accident insurance administration.
Onboarding and Offboarding Support:Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and accurate documentation.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:Supporting mandatory reporting and learning how local labor law requirements are applied in payroll and HR processes.
HRIS Data Support:Assisting with HRIS data maintenance to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date throughout the employee lifecycle.
Process Learning & Improvement:Supporting the HR Operations team in documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and learning best practices.
Employee & Manager Support:Helping with contact for basic HR and payroll-related questions, escalating complex matters when needed, and building positive working relationships.
Data & Records Management:Assisting with the maintenance of employee records and HR data archives for smooth back-office administration.
ABOUT YOU

YOU'LL BRING
Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and numbers.
Basic proficiency in office tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn HRIS systems.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Interest in payroll, benefits administration, occupational health, and compliance topics.
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
Proactive attitude with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous HR internship experience is valued.
WHAT WE OFFER :
12 months internship, stipend: ****€ mothly gross, food and transportation allowance.
