Job Description:
We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) for the German market to support customers from one of the greatest German Banks, in Porto. You will act as a point of contact for a banking company's clients. You will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. If you are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, and passionately communicative, apply below!
Your day to day:
1. You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as phone and email.
2. Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup.
3. Card blocking/unblocking/exchange.
4. Recording of phishing cases.
Who we are looking for:
1. Experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
2. Fluent/Native German.
3. Intermediate English.
