To be successful in this role, the following is neede
d:
* Previous experience of CX and/or BPO environment at Operations Manager or similar level
* Experience in Team management
* Able to manage profit and loss
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
* Skilled at working with clients and their needs
* Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support
* C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Portuguese and English. Good Spanish language skills would be a bonus
