Job Description:
The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects critical to the organization. This role involves liaising with various departments and potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects.
3. Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align efforts with strategic goals.
4. Produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation.
5. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
6. Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
3. Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
5. Leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
