Commercial Leadership Role

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our commercial strategy and drive growth in international sales within the B2B Ingredients space. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial vision, accelerating business development, and driving sales performance across all segments.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to accelerate growth, expand market share, and establish a strong presence across petfood, aquafeed, and human food markets.
* Identify and forge strategic partnerships, secure high-impact opportunities, and establish long-term relationships that drive mutual success, sustainable growth, and supply chain efficiency.
* Direct the sales strategy and operations, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in all target markets.
* Support strategic marketing by gathering and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and optimize performance across commercial functions.
* Manage product portfolios from concept to market, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Business Management or related fields.
* 8+ years of work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record in international sales in the B2B Ingredients space.
* An open mindset for travel (up to 40%).
* A hands-on personality, team-player spirit, and efficient self-time management.
* Possession of fluency in English, German, and/or Portuguese is a plus.
