Description
* Defines the commercial strategy for clients.
* Directly manages commercial opportunities using Value Selling and, when needed, Strategic Selling methodologies.
* Develops structured sales projects and action plans, coordinating involved functions (Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, Controlling, etc.).
* Shares market knowledge with other KAM colleagues and acts as a mediator/influencer when needed.
* Responsible for the growth, profitability, and fulfillment of contractual commitments for each customer.
* Achieves annual objectives (installations, renewals, market share growth, retention/conversion rates, win/loss ratio, etc.).
* Manages the entire sales cycle (prospection, qualification, opportunity management, visits, demos, proposals, tenders, negotiations, contract finalization, and business development).
* Builds and maintains customer trust through a professional approach and targeted actions.
* Identifies and manages the needs and issues of current or potential customers.
* Develops relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in coordination with business lines and sales management.
* Follows up with existing customers and manages contract renewals/extensions.
* Ensures accuracy of commercial terms for assigned customers and monitors their revenue evolution.
* Understands the market positioning of the company's solutions, products, and services.
* Implements the clinical approach as a market strategy, working closely with the Clinical Manager and KOLs.
* Keeps informed about competitors and continuously exchanges information with the marketing department.
* Pays attention to new customer needs and shares insights with marketing.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and/or marketing;
* At least 5 years of professional sales experience in the healthcare industry;
* Sales experience in private and public segments;
* Customer orientation;
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Leadership, reliability, and ability to influence others;
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
* Ability to manage commercial tools such as CRM and complex sales management methodologies
* Determination in pursuing business objectives
* Travel requirements: up to 50% of the time.
