OM Digital Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist responsible for handling calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in the EMEA, US, and Canada regions.
The role involves working within an existing team dedicated to these markets.

What you’ll do:
1. Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, including service support for customers.
2. Manage email communication with customers, subsidiaries, and handle country-specific mailbox management.
3. Handle telephone communication to support customer needs and requests.
4. Support online store operations.
5. Monitor and report on special cases for clients.
6. Prepare reports for OMDS and technical reports for specific situations.
7. Perform administrative activities related to technical and service support.
8. Assist with central projects.
9. Manage after-sales documentation.
10. Analyze operational processes.
What you’ll need:
1. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Nordic languages are a plus.
2. Proficiency in PC skills and office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams).
3. Knowledge of SAP and photographic equipment is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and customer focus.
5. Accuracy, precision, and result-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work under stress and pressure.
