:)WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop logic flows and consistent screens designed to support an end-to-end warehouse management system; Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the business processes, and integrate feedback into design iterations; Design intuitive UI/UX for web and smart glasses; Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts; Present recurring design reviews to the customer's team; Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries.MUST HAVEHands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical problem-solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process; 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team; Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks; Understanding of accessibility standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS); Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications; Proficiency in Figma and similar tools; Understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility; Have an available online portfolio; Ability to workin EST time zone (5-6 hours coverage).EXPECTED SOFT SKILLSAbility to meet deadlines and work on a tight schedule; A deep sense ofquality and attention to detail; A proactive mindset and proven agility toward business goals change; Ability to interpret the customer's procedures and translate them into easy-to-understand designs with decision trees and flow diagrams; Thorough at research – before even beginning the design, the candidate should have a process of doing comparative research / exploring all options; Excellent critical thinking skills, we would love someone who can be the expert by recommending the best design and providing good reasons why.NICE TO HAVESExperience complex industries like procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, banking, or healthcare.THE BENEFITS OF JOINING USProfessional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps
