Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple autonomous and multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will be a key driver of our agile culture, coaching teams and stakeholders, and helping to scale our agile practices across the organization with other Scrum Masters. Your Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are efficient, engaging, and deliver maximum value. Partner with Product Owners to maximize the value of the product backlog and align with the strategic roadmap. Champion the Scrum framework and agile mindset, guiding teams to a deeper understanding and application of its principles and values. Proactively identify, address, and accelerate impediments that hinder team progress, and coach the team on overcoming their own obstacles. Encourage effective communication, collaboration, and self‐organization within and across teams. Maintain project transparency through agile tools and artifacts, and promote the use of agile metrics and feedback loops to drive team performance and product quality. Lead continuous improvement initiatives at both the team and organizational level, using retrospectives and data to inform strategic changes. Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute actively to TEKEVER's agile Community of Practice. Facilitate complex coordination across multiple teams, including Scrum of Scrums and Roadmap Alignment sessions. Profile And Requirements Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages. True Agile mindset with deep understanding of agile principles and product development in a complex engineering environment. 5+ years experience as a senior Scrum Master in a fast‐paced environment involving both software and hardware. Expert communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict‐resolution skills. Strong understanding of scaling frameworks such as Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus. Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps. Scrum Master certification (PSM II or CSM) mandatory; PSM III, CSP, or other advanced certifications are a plus.
