The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality category management and strategic sourcing services to support business growth and improvement. This includes performing thorough market analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing effective procurement strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex category spending across international and regional levels
* Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve service delivery
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing needs
* Leading the execution of RFx processes, including e-sourcing events, from start to finish
* Supporting Procurement Excellence projects and initiatives
Required skills and qualifications:
* Relevant work experience in international procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management
* Ability to analyze and interpret spend and cost data, research market trends, and manage contract development activities
* Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
* Robust change management skills
* Contract management and negotiation skills
