At Vila Vita Parc, the Pastry Sous Chef supports the Head Pastry Chef in executing, controlling, and supervising all pastry and bakery operations, ensuring international standards of quality, consistency, and creativity aligned with Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide.
Key responsibilities
* Supervise daily pastry production
* Support brigade leadership
* Execute creative menus and buffets
* Ensure LHW and Forbes standards
* Control HACCP and food safety
* Manage requisitions and deliveries
* Ensure quality and consistency
Profile / Requirements
* Previous experience in similar role
* Training in Pastry or Culinary Arts
* Strong HACCP knowledge
* Luxury hospitality experience
* Basic English proficiency
* Operational leadership skills
* High attention to detail
* Team-oriented and proactive mindset
